Ace Steel Supply provides a comprehensive selection of flat-rolled products engineered to support manufacturers, fabricators, OEMs, construction companies, and service providers across a wide range of industries. Sourced from reputable mills, our materials deliver the consistency, quality, and reliability required to keep your production moving without interruption.
Best for strength and cost – not for looks. Scaled, rough surface, looser dimensional tolerances, and more cost effective than cold-rolled. Ideal where appearance and tight tolerances are not critical.
Cleaned up HR – better for forming, painting, and tighter processes. Hot rolled steel that has been chemically pickled (acid bath) to remove mill scale, then lightly oiled to prevent rust. Results in a clean, smooth, matte surface that’s more consistent. Slightly higher cost than HR, still not as tight in tolerances as cold rolled.
Patina-forming weathering steel; rust-like finish.
Raised pattern; durable and wear-resistant; anti-slip. Ideal for heavy-duty flooring.
Smooth, tight tolerances; high strength.
Zinc-coated steel for corrosion resistance. Good formability and consistent coating options. G30, G40, G60, G90, G210. Thickness range .009 – .1472.
Uniform electroplated zinc coating, smoothest galvanized surface, excellent paintability.
Zinc-iron alloy coating; paintable. Ideal for painting, forming, welding. Uniform matter surface.
Aluminum-zinc alloy; longest corrosion performance among coated steels, excellent for exterior use.
Paint-ready phosphate-treated galvanized steel. Uniform matte grey finish.
Painted flat rolled steel is carbon or galvanized steel coil that has been pretreated, primed, and coated with a baked-on paint finish. Common coatings include: Polyester, SMP (Silicone Modified Polyester), PVDF / Kynar, Acrylic coatings, backer coats for improved.
Lightweight, corrosion-resistant, highly formable and conductive. Available in common alloys such as 3003, 5052, 6061.
Extruded aluminum is produced by forcing heated aluminum alloy through a shaped die, creating long, uniform profiles with consistent cross-sections. Excellent strength to weight ratio.
Exceptional corrosion resistance, hygienic, durable and aesthetic. Available in multiple grades (303, 316, 430, etc.).
Produced by pushing stainless alloys through a precision die at elevated temperatures, yielding high-strength, corrosion-resistant profiles with tight dimensional tolerances. Offer superior durability in demanding or corrosive environments.Exceptional corrosion resistance, hygienic, durable and aesthetic. Available in multiple grades (303, 316, 430, etc.).
Aluminum-based coating for heat & corrosion resistance. Ideal for high-temperature environments.
Non-prime, mill excess or non-prime material offered at highly competitive pricing and costeffective for many applications. Secondary may include cosmetic imperfections, off-gauge or non-critical variances. Available across multiple product categories. Ideal for customers seeking cost savings without requiring certified prime specifications.
